Eligibility
Foxnet requires that all members are aged sixteen or older. By proceeding past onboarding, you confirm that all the information you provided is accurate.
Nature of the Service
Foxnet operates instances of open source software. Foxnet does not develop this software and is not responsible for its underlying design, security properties, or protocol limitations.
Some services operated by Foxnet interact with third-party servers via federation. Content shared in federated channels is guaranteed to be transmitted to and stored by servers outside of Foxnet’s control. Foxnet is not responsible for how this data is handled by third-party servers.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Foxnet’s services to:
- violate applicable law;
- harass, threaten, or abuse;
- distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to Foxnet’s infrastructure or other members’ accounts;
- impersonate another person or entity in a misleading way.
Availability
Foxnet is operated on a best-effort, non-commercial basis. Foxnet does not guarantee uptime, availability, or continuity of service, and may suspend or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.
Account Suspension and Termination
Foxnet may suspend or terminate a member’s access at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Members may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is irreversible.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you send, upload, or publish through Foxnet’s services. Foxnet does not pre-screen content and does not endorse any content transmitted through its services.
No Warranty
Foxnet’s services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Change Policy
The contents of this document may be updated at any time with prior notice to members. Continued use of Foxnet’s services after a change takes effect constitutes consent to the updated contents.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Should the need arise, EU members may refer to applicable EU consumer protection authorities.
